The International Criminal Cout - AGAIN!
Poor Uncle Sam! How humiliating for him to have to come cap-in-hand to petition Crocodile Dundee not to give up to the International Criminal Court whichever of his war-criminal sons and daughters decides to flee Australia seeking sanctuary!
Of course, we are told that Australia has to provide this safety-net to its great ally and powerful friend, the UsofA, because ‘our enemies are likely to tell lies about us.’ This argument is to be expected from ‘good ole boys’ like George W and his sidekick, Don Rumsfeld — however, it sounds decidedly odd coming from Ari Fleischer, against whose people the same argument was used at Nuremburg, or from Colin Powell, about whose ethnic group some of the worst lies in history have been told.
One wonders whether Australians, who seem not to want to share ‘their’ country with the Baktiyari family, will be any more comfortable sharing it with Lieutenant William Calley. I imagine so — at least Calley was WHITE and CHRISTIAN!
